Baby Shower!!

CJ Baby Shower

There are four of us pregos working at CJ right now Monet, Leslie, Me, & Chelle. So our wonderful coworkers had a big baby shower for all of us! It was so much fun & so sweet of everyone, I felt very loved :)

So I haven't been working much & it was great getting to visit with everyone. We played some games too. Chelle & I modeled our bumps back to back for the TP game so they had to guess how much was needed to go around both of us. There was a song game were you had to match the title (all with the word baby in them) to the artist. It was hard I only got 1! & a purse scavenger hunt were the first person to find the right item in their purse got a prize, I had a bandaid so I won a face scrubby.

Then they spoiled us :)

Leslie & I are having boys & Chelle & Monet are having girls! So we got little mommy baskets with stuff for us, lots of diapers, wipes, lotion & such cute clothes! Andrea got each of us a bouncer, Jeanna made us little blankets. & also, very important, Troy got a hot wheels car from Lindsay cause her little brother said no boy can be born with out hot wheels!
I'm just so grateful to have such wonderful supportive people around me both at home & work! So Thank You so much to everyone!!

Baby Bump

So I guess I need to put some more pictures up here for you guys. I wish I had ultra sound pics but these should do for now :)

This is at 23 weeks. I was checking out the new shade Brandon was building over his garden. Since I'm growing a baby he's growing a garden :) & I have to show you all a picture of it cause it's really nice!


Then last weekend (at 26 weeks) I got to go have lunch with my Mom, Stephy, & Marta. We had lots of fun catching up & telling old stories. Stephy could not get enough of the baby bump & they all actually got to feel him kick! Lucky cause he doesn't do that for many people ;)

He kicks & moves so much now, I love it! It's my favorite part!!

Well... there really has not been much to write about lately. We went to the Doctor but we didn't get an ultra sound so no new pictures this time :( She said that everything is going good though. I had to drink the sugary drink. It wouldn't have been so bad except they gave me fruit punch & I really don't like that stuff.

So I think we have a name picked out for sure ..... Troy! Both Brandon & I really like it & we tried looking for other ones but none of them seemed right. Its all going by really fast though with picking out names & just getting ready. I went & registered last week. On Tuesday I went with Bobbie & Mihai to Target. It was a lot of fun getting to pick stuff out & Mihai was so excited! she kept going ahead of us & bringing things back she thought we needed & telling us we didn't need to register for somethings we could just buy them now :) Then on Saturday I went with my Mom & Jenna to Babies R us. Mom loved it, she wanted to scan everything but its her first grand baby so I wouldn't expect any less excitement ;) oh & they gave us a really stupid scanner, half the time I couldn't get it to work & I had to have Jenna use her scanning skills!!

I'm starting to get our room ready too, like packing up stuff I don't need & then I'm going to have Brandon rearrange it so we can put the Bassinet in there & stuff. It's all so exciting!

Baby Count Down

its a BOY!!

Yup, He's a boy!! Brandon &  I went in for an ultra sound last Friday when I was 19 weeks along. Everything is good, he's healthy, has 10 toes & 10 fingers, weighs 9oz, & likes to move around a lot. We took my Grandma Jesser with so she could see & she had the best time ever, it was so cute! She's never seen an ultra sound before since they didn't have them back then so this was amazing to her & I loved sharing it with her. They relied on the old needle on a string method to find out if it was a boy or a girl which I'd sort of like to try, just for fun to see if it works.

Ahhh! he just kicked me or something, I SAW it right now! I'm listening to the music on Alyssa's blog & he started moving around a lot so I pulled up my shirt & BUMP, my tummy moved a little!!!! I bet he likes the music :)  Well anyways, 

they took some 3D pictures for us which are so cool. Here you can really see him, he would put his knees up to his face & then open his mouth like he was going to try to eat them, Silly boy. 

He looks a little like Brandon already if you ask me.

Well we haven't picked out any first names yet but his middle name will be Michael after Brandon's dad. We kind of like Troy for a first name but we're not sure yet. I want to look around more & see what else we like. Now I am 20 weeks, 5 months already! It's going by pretty fast but I can't wait until he is here. My tummy is starting to grow a lot, it feels bigger every day, and especially after I eat a meal lol. It's funny cause I 

can tell strangers are start to notice like at work & stuff but they won't say anything they just give you a funny little smile. Well I need to put a picture of my tummy up here before my mom has a cow!! This is from Alyssa's birthday when I was 19 weeks. I need to take a better on cause you can't tell so much here & it's a little bigger now :)

I had to go to the doctor today just to finish the first trimester tests, So we got some new pictures :) In the top picture the baby turned its head but showed us its little hand again. & During the visit the baby had the hic-ups! It was so cute to see it bouncing around! They also

    said they might be able to tell if the baby is a boy or a girl!!! BUT some very stubborn baby was not having that. Baby kept its legs crossed the whole time and was pretty much staying in the same position. So there was  no way of telling, but hopefully next time we'll find out :D So to the left here you can see the baby sticking its legs out but still keeping the feet crossed of course. 

Now, when I'm talking about my baby I like to call the baby "he" cause that's what I think, but I don't know & everyone always assumes I've found out for sure. So I say "it" & then everyone is like "oh don't call the baby "it" but what should I say? I can't really talk about the baby without saying it he or she :) Anyways to the right is a Valentine Day card that Mihai made for the baby. I thought you would all like to see it cause its so cute!

As of now, I am 13 weeks & I'm due October 2nd So I'll keep you all updated!!
